Zoom softphone is an awesome solution. However, if you use it with a headset, you may not hear calls ring when they come in. There is a super simple solution.

In the Zoom softphone app, click the icon in the top right corner…

Then click on settings…

Follow the steps in red…

While you are here… Unchecking the box in the screenshot below will keep an incoming Zoom call from interrupting a Teams call in progress. No need to change this if you do not use Teams for calls.
